  • Overview

The Twin Auger Snowblower is the go-to attachment of many municipal sidewalk programs. Our snowblowers are highly efficient, two-stage units capable of clearing heavy snow over 5′ deep. After clearing the sidewalks, an operator can switch to a truck loading chute to move windrowed snow from the street or cul-de-sacs. The manoeuvrability and physical size of the MT7 and Twin Auger Snowblower are less apt to create traffic congestion than larger snowblowers. Many municipalities utilize both our sidewalk chute and truck loading chute or our telescopic chute.

The overall heavy-duty construction of the attachment includes 3/8″ thick side plates, double-wall impeller housing and a 15″ diameter bearing assembly for smooth, accurate chute rotation. High strength, low alloy steel augers with ice picks and a heavy-duty balanced impeller can easily handle any snow condition.

Positive and accurate steering of the Twin Auger Snowblower in confined areas and around obstructions is due to the articulated steering of the MT7. The ability to move the snowblower sideways by simply turning the steering wheel allows the operator to approach any obstruction safely.
