Trackless MT7 owners already enjoy year-round versatility. With a spray system, you can unlock even more ways to keep sidewalks, trails, green spaces and downtown cores in top shape while cutting labour and material costs.

Rear-Mounted Water Tank

At the heart of many spray applications is our 80-gallon rear-mounted water tank, moulded from semi-translucent polypropylene. The package includes:

  • 12-volt electric pump
  • Adjustable relief valve
  • Rugged hosing
  • Harness with trailer plug for instant hook-up

A large screw-top lid accepts water from a standard hose or a hydrant fill (where permitted), so refills are quick. Once connected, the tank can operate in Run (constant flow) or Autorun (flow only when the MT7 moves forward) mode, which are both controlled from the cab of the MT7.

Trackless also has a larger, 150-gallon stainless steel water tank that sits within the Trackless Dump Body attachment. This 150-gallon tank can be used as a Brine Sprayer or as part of the Spray Arm attachment.

Dust Suppression for Sweeping

Sweeping high-traffic areas such as walking paths, sidewalks, and bike lanes can stir up dust and debris from daily use. By pairing your Trackless Power Angle Sweeper or Pickup Sweeper with a water tank and spray kit, operators can use water to suppress dust at the source. The result? A cleaner sweep and improved air quality for the public.

14-Foot Rear-Mounted Boom Sprayer

Need broad, even coverage over sports fields or park turf?  The adjustable nozzles of the 14′ Boom Sprayer let you apply herbicides, fertilizers, or non-corrosive de-icers with precision. The semi-transparent tank keeps operators aware of liquid volume, reducing waste.

Brine Sprayer for Proactive Winter Safety

When winter looms, the Trackless anti-icing and de-icing system takes center stage. Fill the tank with liquid salt brine and coat sidewalks before a storm to stop snow and ice from bonding to the surface. Post-storm, switch to de-icing mode for faster clearing. Key benefits include:

  • Less salt tracked into storefronts and offices
  • Lower material usage compared with granular salt
  • Safer walking surfaces that meet accessibility guidelines

Expand your MT’s Capabilities

Every new MT7 ships pre-wired and plumbed for spray attachments. The rear trailer plug, dash switch, and hose runs are already in place, so most crews can install a tank and be spraying in minutes; no additional valves or electrical work needed.

Spray systems turn the Trackless MT7 into a true multi-season workhorse. From summer dust control to winter brine application, a single water tank and the right attachment keep your crew productive and your community looking its best.
