Engineering Manager
WORK ENVIRONMENT: On-Site at Trackless Vehicles Office (Courtland, Ontario)
TYPE: Full-time permanent: Monday to Thursday 8 am – 4:30 pm; Friday 8 am โ 3 pm
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Trackless Vehicles is seeking an experienced and strategic Engineering Manager to lead and oversee our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovative solutions and process improvements while ensuring successful project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.
- Develop and implement engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, operations, sales, and other departments.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable provincial and federal regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to team development and training.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Certified Engineering Technologist C.E.T.
- Masters degree or P.ENG designation is a strong asset.
- 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2โ3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with engineering and project management tools e.g. SolidWorks, Solid Edge.
- Familiarity with Ontarioโs occupational health and safety regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working within a mobile equipment manufacturing or regulated environment.
- Background in Lean manufacturing or Agile methodologies.
- Experience in hydraulic systems and testing
- Experience in Multiplex(can-bus) & Electrical wiring system.

Industrial Spray Painter
Trackless Vehicles is currently hiring an Industrial Spray Painter. The Industrial Spray Painter uses a conventional spray gun to paint tractor and attachment parts.
Responsibilities
– Operate a conventional spray gun in the down-draft paint booth to apply liquid spray paint
Qualifications
– 6 month to 1-year experience in an industrial painter position
– Attention to detail
Miscellaneous
– On-the-job training will be provided
Schedule
– Full-time, Permanent
– Monday to Friday for 43.5 hours per week
