Job Summary

The Manufacturing Assembler supports daily plant operations by assembling MT tractors and attachments accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components according to company specifications and work instructions
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely
  • Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and report defects or non-conforming parts to supervisors or lead hands
  • Label and organize parts and finished components accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with mechanical systems preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues (asset)
  • Experience operating overhead cranes (asset)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Schedule
Full-time permanent position, 43.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday, 7:00am-4:30pm
Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
